Privacy Policy

When you send a booking request, we collect your name, email, phone number, the treatment and time you want, and any notes you add. We use them to reply, arrange your appointment and provide your treatment. Our spam check also uses your IP address and browser type.

We use Google Analytics to count page visits. Until you turn analytics on below, it sets no cookies and Google receives only basic visit details (the page, your browser and approximate location). Turn it on and it sets a cookie so repeat visits can be counted (how Google uses this data). Otherwise we use only the cookies the site needs to work.

We never sell your information. The companies that run our website, store booking requests, send our email, filter spam and count visits handle it for us to provide those services. They store it in the United States, and Google and Cloudflare may also process it in other countries where they operate. To ask about them, or for our written policies about them, contact us.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent (ask us to stop using it), by contacting us.
